I am trying to hook up the M12 panel mount to the Brewtroller and I have not had any luck. There are 4 wires coming off of the panel mount. Blue, Brown, White and Black.

What are the correct wires to hook up to the Grnd, 1 Wire and 5v?

Currently, I have it at Brown = Ground, White = 1 Wire, Blue = 5v.

mrshake will have to look that up for you. Not sure why its not on the website.

Another way to do it would be to pull the M12 connector off the probe and check how the colors map to the panel. I can probably help you figure it out that way if you want as I have one, but may have changed what they map to on the panel mount.

Word of warning, when testing be careful when changing wires. I noticed in one wrong configuration that the probe got REALLY hot, so be on the look for that as a clear sign its hooked up wrong.

The proper wiring is:

M12 wiring is:
Black - Ground
Blue - 1W
Brown - 5v
